THERE are possibilities that the controversial ‘Blue boats’ owned by Vietnam might be presently poaching in Pacific Seas unnoticed or untraced.

The ‘Blue Boats’ are the Vietnamese vessels that were caught fishing illegally in the Pacific Ocean, mostly in Palau, in the western Pacific Ocean.

Director General of the FFA James Movick also highlighted in a media briefing this week that there are sightings of the ‘Blue Boats’ in Vanuatu, and as far as New Caledonia.
